EAP Offering Summer Well-Being Workshops for Staff

This summer, the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offering the following workshops to staff. Register on Professional Development Online (PDO)

Summer Well-Being: A new season signals a time of change and it can be helpful to assess your well-being. This session will help you identify strategies to nurture your well-being this summer.

10 Steps to Financial Freedom: This live virtual workshop will be presented by a financial expert from The Foundation for Financial Education (F3E). Participants will learn strategies to find their net income, overcome obstacles to create wealth and create a financial road map. A Q&A session will be available at the end of the workshop.

Recognizing & Responding to Stress: Stress is a natural part of life and yet, too much stress can overwhelm our brain and body. Participants will learn how to identify their own unique stress response and practice proactive and responsive strategies to alleviate stress.

Managing Your Time: Maximizing Your Potential: This interactive workshop will provide an overview of many of the core challenges related to time management. You will develop time management goals and strategies to prioritize your time. You will leave this workshop with a toolkit to overcome obstacles to effective time management and prioritize your efficiency.
