Montgomery County Public Libraries’ (MCPL) Summer Reading Challenge offers kids and teens a chance to fill their summer with great books and fun activities. From June 15 to Aug. 31, MCPL is partnering with the Montgomery Parks Foundation to help preserve park history, increase accessibility and keep the parks beautiful.

Teens (13 years and older) can participate by completing special bingo game board activities. They will receive a free book for signing up; Washington Nationals tickets are available as a halfway prize and Washington Mystics basketball tickets will be awarded if they complete the challenge.

Children and teens can sign up for the challenge online or at any MCPL branch.
